A humanistic, progressive management philosophy is not at odds with establishing limits and requiring accountability. We will work with you to re-calibrate the balance with a 21st century mindset.

PROGRAM DURATION

Duration depends on complexity, number of colleagues engaged, and client objectives. Between four and eight months on average.

Programs are priced on a per-person basis, according to the number of colleagues engaged in the learning and change process.
