Our LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT programs can be adapted for leaders at any level--Millennials, middle managers, C-suite, or a mixture. Our signature approach is to help participants further cultivate self-possession and an ability to inspire using our 5 Personas of a Lighthearted Leader model.

Our MANAGEMENT TEAM ALIGNMENT entails a series of observations and group coaching to create a common leadership philosophy and set of targeted management practices in service of strategic priorities.

Duration depends on complexity, number of colleagues engaged, and client objectives. Between four and eight months on average.

Programs are priced on a per-person basis, according to the number of colleagues engaged in the learning and change process.
